latest operating software system, the system integrates all engineers
past works, asset database and handles all planned preventative maintenance
and reactive call activities to help EHLUK engineers deliver fast efficient,
contract compliant service on your premises. The works management system is state of the art. Every job is measured against either contract-specific or EHLUK's standard completion times and the reports show how well the work is being done. A key element of our service desk is the ability to generate client specific reports at a simple request. This means that you have complete visibility of the progress on specific call-actions, notification of closure and measurement against KPI's.
